Building Knowledge Sharing Through Self-Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on knowledge-sharing minimarket employees. This needed so that employees can cooperate with colleagues, solve work problems, develop new ideas, implement policies or procedures effectively efficiently. However, research focuses retail business in format still rarely done. based a survey 151 personnel Sarijadi Village surrounding areas, employed incidental sampling. Multiple regression used test hypothesis. result analysis indicated OCB significantly independently jointly predicted behavior. These findings imply played important roles minimarket.
